What includes the registration fee?

Registration fee includes

  • Admission to the Scientific sessions and Exhibition areas
  • Congress material
  • Catering during the Congress
  • Admission to the Opening ceremony and Welcome cocktail on Wednesday, 22 May
  • Congress dinner on Thursday, 23 May

Accompanying person’s fee includes

  • Admission to the Opening ceremony and Welcome cocktail on Wednesday, 22 May
  • Congress dinner on Thursday, 23 May
Registration and activities terms and conditions

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration/activities must be notified in writing by email to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress - Bco Congresos - (

The following conditions will be applied:
- Cancellations until 31 January 2019: Refund of fees minus 25% administrative charge.
- Cancellations between 1 February and 30 April 2019: Refund of fees minus 50% administrative charge.
- Cancellations after 1 May 2019: Refunds will unfortunately no longer be possible.

Please note that all refunds will be processed after the Congress

Jeff is Global Direct Tax Advice Manager at Shell where he heads up the team dealing with cross border direct tax matters.   Jeff is based in London and has been with Shell over 17 years, during which time he’s had various roles including Group Tax Reporting Manager, Head of UK Tax and Regional Tax Manager for UK, Africa and Middle East.   Prior to joining Shell Jeff qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a small London firm before spending 3 years in an international tax team at PwC.   Jeff has been Chair of the committee of the UK Branch of IFA since April 2017, having served on the committee for the previous 5 years.
